I'm working mainly with leather at the moment - simply because leatherworking has become my fulltime job in the middle of 2016.
My life companion and I are the owners of "The War Horse":

Because all of our work can be found elsewhere, I'll just show some pieces of work at this account and will ban it into the "leather" folder to keep my gallery "clean".
I'm still trying desperately to find some time to draw something besides all the sketches for our leatherwork, but because of all our projects to keep our little business running I've failed till now.
So many works are waiting to be finished... I'm sure this waiting period will find an end.

what has happened?
I could finally change my life a bit what will lead to further changes in the future - a more fulfilling future with more art, I hope... or, better: I really try to achieve.
I got more and more into leatherwork in 2013 and reduced the working time of my nasty office job in 2014, so that I could spend more time on more creative and interesting work that also brings some money...

my job's killing me, devouring my head, my patience, my nerves. I haven't held a pencil since weeks.
but I always come back, and I hope I have to share something again in a few weeks.
the meadows are partly flooded. it had gotten dark and we took our horses and ran over the meadows, ran through the water, played in it.
when you throw away all your thoughts, when you're running under the night, a horse galopping next to you, trustfully following you, sharing a wild feeling of freedom and unconcern... when you feel this special bond, then you know what it means to be one with another creature.
